Two days later and I’m still in love… Seriously, Jack is just the cutest! :) I met up with Baby Jack and his parents at Lake Calhoun and found the perfect spot on a clump of grass near a huge tree, away from the busy bicycle path. Sherri and Dan, thanks for letting me photograph your little man; I could have taken pictures all day! I’m going to have to insist this is a reoccurring event… next time, I’ll come to you. :)
Ohhhh, I love this little boy! My good friend was in town and I snagged some time with her to snap photos of adorable baby Jack. Isn’t he just the cutest little nugget you’ve ever seen!?!? And look at those curls!!! Of course, there are many more where this came from and I promise to post soon… but until then, here’s a peak of my new favorite little man!

1st up? Nothing says summer in the Midwest like a basket of cherries from the Sweet Corn stand down the street. And dang were they good (as was the corn!) The minute I got this fandangled basket o cherry goodness home I grabbed my camera and snapped away. I LOVE Love LoVe taking pictures of food!
The mix of the red cherries and the blue-ish basket sitting against a white background give the whole image a patriotic feel. Afterall, what’s a great Independance Day without cherry pie?!?
