There’s nothing like an outdoor engagement shoot in 4 degree, snowy weather to make a Midwestern couple living in Arizona feel at home… right? :) I hope to have a full post up this week so stay tuned!

Itty Bitty Baby Aubrey is Braden’s brand new little sis! She’s so tiny and precious (and ridiculously light, in comparison to my little man “muscles” – more on that later) and was soooo good during our session at the studio. Even during the millisecond meltdown-from-being-too-chilly-in-her-skivvys, Aubrey managed to remain adorable!! Tiny baby cries = cute, in case you didn’t know.
I could have shot all day if Aubrey would’ve let me, especially with all the cute flower hair pieces we had to choose from thanks to Aubrey’s mom. I can’t wait to see this little one grow up!

Karen and Andy’s wedding was fabulous! I loved everything about their day – from the venue (Blaisdell Manor in Minneapolis – an amazing mansion with tons of character), to the attire (the brown tuxes and bridesmaids dresses accented the bride and groom perfectly), to the wedding party (the bridesmaids, most from the southwest, were total troopers in our Midwestern fall weather) to the bride and groom themselves! (Andy is a complete ham and kept Karen, the wedding party (and the photographers) laughing all day!)
Their wedding date was just a few short weeks before my little bambino was due, so I enlisted reinforcements to help me out with the day and take over if need be (essential in these types of situations!) Many thanks to Casey and Kayd for being my back up – you were awesome to work with and I couldn’t have done it without you! (for real, I had to sit down like 80 times throughout the night!)
Here are just a few of the highlights from Karen and Andy’s day…
